Client Waitlist
Orders are done on a first come first serve basis. Once order payment is received in full your portrait will be added to the next available spot on my list. Wait times for digital orders are ~ 4 weeks before beginning work while acrylic orders can be up to 4 months. Time of year may also impact wait times. If you have a specific date that you're hoping to have your portrait for (holiday, birthday, etc.) please contact me prior to ordering to ensure your timeline can be met.
Copyright
I (the artist) retain full copyright on all commissioned and original pieces.
Payment
Payment must be made in full on commissioned art prior to work being started. Art is an investment, therefore I do accept monthly payments. Payment must be completed by the discussed start date before work will begin. Waitlist positions are first come first serve and will not be held until payment is received.

Payment can be made via credit card through my online shop or ETransfer for Canadian clients. If you'd interested in an alternate payment method please reach out to me to discuss!
Shipping
All paintings are securely packaged and shipped with tracking to the provided address. If your portrait is a gift it can be sent directly to your gift recipient.

In the unlikely event that your portrait is damaged during transit, please take pictures of the damaged package for submission for a claim with the shipping provider. In the event that your portrait is irreparably damaged, I will create a new portrait for you at no charge. The new portrait will be added to my waitlist.

I check shipping rates for each portrait to ensure you're receiving the best price on shipping. Most orders are fulfilled with USPS priority shipping. Should you wish to have a different carrier or expedited shipping please let me know!

Some countries may be subject to import duty which is the responsibility of the client.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are valid for 24 months from date of purchase and are good for custom art or any items in my shop. Gift certificates can't be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? Though I'm very sad to hear that and I would love to try and help to figure out how to ensure you get one of a kind art of your pet, I understand things happen.

Clients have a 14 days money back guarantee from receipt of of full payment/ first installment.
Cancellations after the 14 days will be refunded at 50% of the original rate to cover administrative time.
Cancellations once your art has begun are not subject to a refund and become artist property.

Changes/ Rejections of the Finished Portrait
Once your portrait is completed a copy will be sent to you for final review. If no response is received within 7 days your portrait will be mailed. If changes are requested we will work together to ensure you love your portrait.
I work hard to avoid you being unhappy with your portrait. We'll discuss as many details as possible prior to beginning work to ensure you're getting exactly what you're looking for.

Should you decide you'd like an alteration once you've received your portrait, the client is responsible for shipping costs for canvas paintings.

Alterations to finished work may be subject to additional charges.
